Meet Tascha

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Massachusetts and I have been working with couples and families to create change in their relationships since 2013.  My outlook on therapy is simple: nothing changes if nothing changes.  My focus is on helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

For over a decade, I served as an in-home family therapist where I had the privilge to provide counseling services for children and their families in the home, school, and community settings.  My primary role was to help families stabilize, strengthen the family system, and teach skills to improve the youth’s mental health symptoms.

Since opening my private practice, I have primarily worked with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.  In my work, I emphasize collaboration and solutions while using a gentle yet direct approach. I partner with clients to uncover strengths, resources, and possibilities for growth.  My goal is to help clients find a sense of peace and empowerment by creating practical, lasting shifts in how they relate to themselves and others. My hope for every client is that therapy becomes a space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported as they create meaningful change.

Ultimately, I focus on helping couples build relationships rooted in trust, respect, and emotional safety.
